The 2016–17 UEFA Europa League knockout phase will begin on 16 February and end on 24 May 2017 with the final at Friends Arena in Solna, Sweden, to decide the champions of the 2016–17 UEFA Europa League. A total of 32 teams compete in the knockout phase. Times up to 25 March 2017 (round of 32 and round of 16) are CET (UTC+1), thereafter (quarter-finals and beyond) times are CEST (UTC+2).
