Joe Hankos is a Navy SEAL Team Commander and a man who appeared in Patience (episode). He was part of a family that included his sisters and an older brother. However, because of the Metropolitan Airport Bombing resulting in his father being included among the casualties, he grew up without a father. He later ended up deploying a drone strike against the compound of the person responsible for the airport bombing: Armand Luna, and later returned to Washington with McGee and Abby to thank Director Vance for solving the case.
