The Starling location sweep was a protocol on the timeship Aeon that was designed to find and retrieve Henry Starling in the event of a kidnapping. It was used by Chronowerx Industries employee and Starling's personal servant Mr. Dunbar in 1996 to retrieve Starling from his kidnappers Captain Janeway and the crew of the USS Voyager.
