Ribitta (spelt Ribbita in Mega Man NT Warrior), known as Kero Midorikawa (緑川ケロ Kero Midorikawa?) in Japan, is an announcer of the DNN station, who was first introduced in Mega Man Battle Network 2 operating a news van outside the Official Center. Her NetNavi, ToadMan, is an optional boss in that game that can be fought by talking to her. She also appeared in Mega Man Battle Network 3 announcing the N1 Grand Prix.
