He is involved in the Rocking Out and A Void Dance quests, and will tell players gossip about the goblins fighting each other in Goblin Village, which used to be the way to start the Goblin Diplomacy quest. After Rocking Out he will give the player 20 coins for delivering rum from Braindeath. After claiming this reward he will say that the rum is not selling. Claiming this reward is one of the requirements to obtain the master quest cape.
