The Seraph Mk. 2, or Tarzan, as it has been nicknamed by UNSC fighter pilots, is basically a rehash of the Seraph figter with a new color scheem, and with several odd metal pieces jutting out from the hull, where the Seraph was sleek and teardrop shaped, the Tarzan is ugly and brutal. It was made specifically for brutes, who used it as their primary fighter craft.
