Werewolf of Washington is a 1973 horror/comedy about a Washington D.C. reporter named Jack Jack Whittier who is called upon to be the President's Press Secretary just in time to be bitten by a werewolf. The movie shows him dealing with the werewolf curse while at the same time trying to function on the political stage. It ends with the President and a transformed Whittier engaging in hand to paw combat at a press confrence.
