The Clan Tarkona was one of the numerous clans of Twi'leks, the native inhabitants of the planet Ryloth. In Twi'leki language, the name tarkona meant "stormy weather." One of the clan's most well-known members was Nolaa Tarkona, a female Twi'lek who preached anti-Humanist theories in 23 ABY.
