Halim Jabbour graduated from The University of Texas at Austin from 1995-1997. From 2003- 2006 he served as information hub for cast, crew, and vendors. Cooperated with Production Manager, Producers, and department heads to produce 3 series, and 6 DVD movies (3 studio / 3 location). Halim only wrote two Barney & Friends episodes.
