Blessed Vermen are monsters encountered in the Underground Pass. They have been blessed by Iban and thus are much stronger than rats found anywhere else. Players find them to be annoying because they block shortcuts in the pass. Fortunately, they can be killed. Their examine indicates that they are undead.
