Margaret Green was a Naval Commander who worked at Base Medical Clinic of Naval Air Station Oceana and who had a sexual harassment complaint filed against her. As such, she was suspected of carrying out the recent killings of Navy personnel but was eventually cleared and released after being found innocent.
