The 3rd Floor Stairwell is a set of twin winding staircases on either side which is the only known access between the 3rd floor and the 2nd Floor of Derceto Manor. In the beginning, the main character can be seen seen going up the staircase while making his way to the Loft. When the playing character tries to go down to the 2nd Floor, he finds two Nightgaunts blocking each path. The player must dispatch the Nightgaunts to continue exploring the manor.
