Lojal was a male Vulcan ambassador. In 2369, Lojal along with ambassadors Taxco, Vadosia, and Lwaxana Troi visited Deep Space 9 on a fact-finding mission. He expressed particular interest in touring the station and concern about Miles O'Brien's competency due to a lack of backup systems. Later Lojal would comment on Julian Bashir's calmness and logic when a fire broke out. (DS9 episode: "The Forsaken")
