In this episode, Charlie and Jake meet Celeste Burnett, (Tinashe Kachingwe), who is the daughter of Charlie's new neighbor, Jerome Burnett (Michael Clarke Duncan), a former NFL player who is nicknamed "Mad Dog". When Jake and Celeste disappear, Charlie is left to cover his back. Charlie tries to call Jake but realizes Jake left his cell phone at his house because he is still grounded. Charlie talks to Jerome and tells him not to be so over-protective of his daughter. When they come to Jerome's house however, they find Jake and Celeste making out. Jerome later hugs Charlie because he realized he overreacted and tells him that Celeste wanted to kiss Jake and gives him and Jake two tickets for an upcoming game.
