The Aztec Bloodstone is a 15th century (CE) artifact that exhibits the ability to control individuals whose blood comes in contact with the stone. The bloodstone appears to be a grayish-black rock in the shape of rounded head. It has white stone eyes that are red at the inside and outside corners. Immediately between the eyes is a jade-like gemstone. Stylized carvings form the rest of the face.
