The High Priest of Balder is a halfling male cleric who is the formal head of the Church of Balder. While attending the Northern Godsmoot, he was tasked with gathering the High Priests of the Demigods after a tie was cast, though he was initially unable to get their attention due to the deaths and subsequent vampirizations of the Creed of the Stone ushers. He still managed to get them to enter the Great Nave by yelling "FREE CAKE!" as loud as he could, though by the time he returned a fight had broken out, ending as he arrived.
