Basically, you don't know what you've got till it's gone. A character has agreed to give up a certain thing, like smoking or certain snack foods, or sex. Unfortunately, everywhere he looks, he's reminded of the item he's given up. As the episode goes on, his resolve is severely tested as his Jerkass friends and (clueless) bystanders will do their best to tempt him.
