The last member of the coalition of four in the Council of Regents of the City Bozisha-Dar was Tor Mitari. The poorest of the seven, Mitari held rather a precarious position on the council.At least three lesser houses threatened his residence in the House of the River's Breeze, and this kept him on his toes.
