Agatha cobbled this together for Martellus von Blitzengaard to replace the hand he amputated after a [ late member] [[Chronology - Volume #|✣ ]] of the Smoke Knights, The Blonde Question, jabbed a poison coated blade into his thumb. [ Here] [[Chronology - Volume #|✣ ]] he is seen in his secret chamber of The Refuge of Storms trying to recover from Agatha's hand job. It seems that it has the ability to absorb and redirect lightning, at least the voltadge produced by Gil's stick, though this destroyed the hand which had been unable to fully protect it's owner.
