Barrows: Rise of the Six is the "hard mode" version of the original Barrows. To access their dungeon, a Barrows totem must be acquired; players can either buy from the Grand Exchange, or loot the original Barrows chest. The totems are fairly cheap, costing coins each; however, each totem lasts for one kill, and is not refunded upon death. Only one player needs to have totems on hand to create an instance.
