During the hunt for Morpheus event, Morpheus plants hidden messages in The Sentinel newspaper to announce a meeting in the club. The Machine operative then plants surveillance equipment in the club in order to spy on the meeting. When Morpheus arrived at the club and began to speak to a large crowd of redpills, where he tells them that he intends to retrieve Neo's body from the Machines. During the Unlimit saga (cinematic 5.3) the members of the rogue group, Unlimit had a meeting organized by their leader Anome, who asserted that he would be the one to decide who gets the code-vial and when.
