Camp Delta-Forty was a facility on the Havenite prison planet Hades that was used to house those Havenite prisoners which were believed to have a greater chance of eventual "rehabilitation", and thus were spared most of the brutality inflicted by the Office of State Security to the rest of the planetary inmates. Admiral Sabrina Longmont was held there until prisoners from other camps took control of the planet. (HH8)
