Isomerase enzymes are looted from creatures. The quality of the enzyme depends on the combat level (CL) of the creature. The quality rating (QR) is about plus or minus 5 percent of the combat level. For example a 61.5% QR enzyme may be looted from a CL 60 creature, then a 58.23% QR from another CL 60 creature.
