Draco 'Rorke, known as Draco 'Rorkee during the Human-Covenant War, was a co-commander of the Covenant Remnant. After a human assassination on the Covenant Remnant Commander Jul 'Hayash, and the leader, Jul 'Mdama, he became leader of the Covenant Remnant, continuing Jul's faction as Draco 'Rorke's Covenant faction. His son is Zephyr 'Rorke.
