Jill Valentine is a survivor of the Global T-virus Pandemic, which ravaged the earth from September 2002. A former S.T.A.R.S. police officer for Raccoon City, she joined forces with ex-Umbrella security agent Alicia "Alice" Marcus and became part of an anti-Umbrella resistance movement. At some point, she was captured by Umbrella's corrupted Red Queen AI computer for its own purposes contrary to that of the company.
