Telegonus was the husband of Io. While Io was best known for the myth which is referred to as "The Rape of Io" that was not the end of her story. In her travels avoiding Hera, Io made her way to Egypt. It was there that Telegonus met Io. Telegonus would marry her however he did not have any children with her.
