During the 2012 Hallowe'en event, he could be found in Falador Park and Varrock Square. If you talk to him, he requests the player's help in protecting Varrock and Falador from Brother Heinous, who is fueling a curse against the two cities. His shop consists of a few things: the hallowed robes and the ectoplasmator, all of which are bought with ectoplasm. He would also offer to take all the remaining ectoplasms if all the available items are sold out. He would still offer even in a free world, disregarding unbought members items.
