Dag Wentim, a.k.a. Stone Boy came frome the planet Zwen, and is a member of the Legion of Substitute Heroes. Everyone on his world had the ability to turn their bodies to stone - necessary on Zwen to preserve their lives when the planet moves close to the sun. Stone Boy tried out for the Legion of Super-Heroes, but was rejected when the Legion decided that his power would not be useful on missions.
