According to the fake Ardra, upon the Contract of Ardra coming to term, Ardra gained clear title to Ventax II as well as anything on the planet's surface, atmosphere or orbit, including USS Enterprise-D. (TNG: "Devil's Due" ) Following the death of Kozak in 2371, D'Ghor petitioned the Klingon High Council for title over the property of the House of Kozak. His efforts were thwarted by Kozak's widow Grilka and Quark. (DS9: "The House of Quark")
