Shaymin Land Forme (シェイミ ランドフォルム), star of the eleventh Pokémon movie Giratina and the Bouquet of the Sky: Shaymin (ギラティナと氷空の花束～シェイミ～), is an interesting Pokémon, in terms of collecting. While it was very popular during 2008 in the eleventh movie's release, it and its other Forme, Shaymin Sky Forme, hemorrhaged many of its collectors sometime after the hype died down, in a phenomenon known as hype collecting. While thanks to this phenomenon collecting competition has become somewhat low-key, the challenge in collecting this flower hedgehog comes in the sheer amount of merchandise, both common and rare.
