Captain Jakin was the commander of a T'Lani cruiser. In 2370, he fired the phasers of a T'Lani cruiser that destroyed the runabout USS Ganges, believing that Julian Bashir and Miles O'Brien were aboard. (DS9: "Armageddon Game") Jakin was played by Bill Mondy.
