Tzaryan Rrac is an Oni (Ogre Mage) and a warlord of Droaam. He was the first to embrace the rule of the Daughters of Sora Kell, and was richly rewarded with territory in southern Droaam. His domain stretches from the Watching Wood's southern edge to the Thunder Sea. Most of his subjects are orcs, grouped in several tribes and lorded over by Rrac's ogre followers. He also claims lordship over a number of the Watching Wood's dark fey, as well as a group of gnolls and trolls. His seat of power is Tzaryan Keep.
