Tracy Nelson is an American actress who played George's girlfriend, Janet, who looks a lot like Jerry, on "The Cartoon". She is the daughter of Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Rick Nelson. She is best known for her role as Sister Stephanie on The Father Dowling Mysteries, as well as a number of other guest roles in the '80s and '90s. She is also a cancer survivor and a spokesperson for The Lymphoma Research Foundation of America.
