By 2037, Divison Delta's Mafia Force controls much of the justice dispensing and is in the command of Dean Miller, who also runs the club known as Miller's Lights downtown, along with his girlfriend and wife Jasmine Soprano. The police is known to be made of the B.S.A.A and S.T.A.R.S who work with the Mafia Force against Oswell E. Spencer and former members of the Umbrella Corporation.
