Robotman's Superactive Mode is much like Robotboy's superactivation mode which Robotman has his own. When he superactive he becomes more berserk, powerful and stronger becoming a bit bigger with red ears coming out and 4 blades comes from his back. The very only time he superactivated would be on his titular episode when he was fighting with Robotboy. When Robotboy superactivated at first he shot missiles towards him but failed to destroy him which is then Robotman superactivates. He attacks Robotboy but then Ro himself flees away and hides from him. Unlike Robotboy but like Protoboy, he can speak while being Superactivated. His voice is also much deeper than on his activated mode.
