Tucker Kiernan was a Solarian citizen and an officer of the Solarian League Navy Holding the rank of Captain, he served as Vice Admiral Oxana Dubroskaya's chief of staff for Battlecruiser Squadron 491. He was killed along with Dubroskaya and the rest of her staff when her flagship, the battlecruiser SLNS Vanquisher, was destroyed in the Battle of Saltash. (HH14)
