There are conditions to which skill is randomly chosen: * On free worlds, only free-to-play skills will be chosen. * If you have turned the 'no combat level affecting skills' option on by speaking to Jasper, the randomly chosen skill will not be any of these: Attack, Defence, Magic, Ranged, Strength or Summoning. If you had any three genie lamp parts, you would always have been better served by trading them with other players to complete a genie lamp of your choice. This item cannot be stored in your bank.
