A Two-headed lava dragon box is an monster box containing a two-headed lava dragon. Making the box will result in the player gaining 230 Monstercrafting xp and releasing it will give 3 xp. Level 85 Monstercrafting is required to create the box. The box can be created by using 300 Lava runes, 3 Dragon bones, a lava token and 254 Monster fragments on an Empty monster box while wielding a Crafting necklace. After releasing the box in a Player-owned house the Two-headed lava dragon will appear and attack the player straight away no matter what level the player is, so the player must be ready. It is highly recommended that the player is wielding protection against dragonbreath before they release the creature.
