Tower Hill Cemetery is the resting place of Charlotte Cameron's family, but she wasn't officially buried there, having joined the Time Tribe after being stranded through an anomaly. When she died in the present, Ethan Dobrowski had her cremated and buried her ashes there. He also tried to bury Emily Merchant alive in the same spot, as he blamed her for Charlotte's death.
