"Harvey Volodarskii's Weapon" is the seventy-fourth trading card, and part of the Design Materials set. Only during a New Game +, it can be obtained at the Bow and Arrow Station just prior to the fourth ranking match. It is a weapon card depicting concept art for the Magic Double Saber, the weapon used by the fourth ranked assassin, Harvey Moiseiwitsch Volodarskii, from early in the development of No More Heroes.
