Perceptual Teleportation is the use of Spiral Power to focus on a particular individual, object, or even known location and open a hole in space-time using a spiral power-powered vehicle, such as a Gunman. It uses the mental focus of the operator to channel the wormhole that opens, and negates the effects of time dilation, the speed of light, and instantaneous acceleration.
