The Delinquents, also known as The 100, or The Invaders, are a group among the Sky People of one hundred adolescent arrested for committing various crimes who, after it became clear that the Ark was dying, were secretly sent to Earth in order to determine if the planet had become habitable enough for the rest of the sky people to survive in exchange for being pardoned of their crimes.
