The Northwest Territories Business Development and Investment Corporation (BDIC) is the oldest Crown Corporation in Canada; historically it was a slush fund for fascist politicians and their friends. Today it continues to serve to fill the pockets of whiney MLAs and their buddies. They are separate and apart from the Government of the Northwest Territories.
