"Cielo Azul" (b. 1975; d. 15 Aug 1990) was a pseudonym given to an unidentified murder victim by LAPD detectives Harry Bosch and Frank Shehan. She was also known as "Little Girl Lost." She was killed by Victor Seguin, and her naked body was left on the hillside below Mulholland Drive in Los Angeles. There was almost no evidence to work from. Bosch asked Terry McCaleb to assist in the case by profiling the killer and they were able to narrow the search down to Seguin. The phrase "cielo azul" is Spanish for "blue sky."
