The Romasi sector was a group of planetary systems in the Unknown Regions. It was named for the Qua word for "beginning" by Rin Sakaros, who first organized the planets into a sector. It was the birthplace of the Golden Empire and encompassed the entirety of the Empire prior to the Great Liberation. The Romasi sector again came under attack during the Nightmare War. The Battle of Feldirjo was a stunning loss for the Reawakened, but the Consul and Tribune of Iomis were both assassinated and the sector heavily garrisoned before the Dark Jedi and their army were finally defeated.
