Transform! Akane the Super-Duper Girl (変身! ムキムキマンあかね Henshin! Mukimuki-man Akane?) is the seventh episode in the third season of Ranma ½, Hard Battle, and is the 47th episode overall. Akane sees a chance for her to shine again as the preeminent martial artist around when she accidentally eats a strength-boosting batch of magical soba noodles.
