Afflicted Gilneans are citizens of Gilneas City that have succumbed to the worgen curse. They appear in the Military District[[:File:|[, ]]] immediately after completing the quest Time to Regroup, and besides the fate of Josiah Avery, are the first real sign that the people of Gilneas will lose their battle for their beloved city.
