Com One was one of Major Richard Blake's advisors. Com One is first heard talking to Blake in Iceland after India Eighty Two's VTOL had crashed. He continues to speak to Blake throughout Resistance 2 and is also one of the last people the player hear speak when he advises Lt. Nathan Hale that the fission bomb will detonate in four minutes.
