It is the main combination of the Gem Beasts which is first introduced when the Rangers' Crystal Charge Morphers (Crystal Gems) unlock a new ability after Gaaron's Robeast overpowers the Zords. It has the power to summon the Prism Bayard, which is a crystallized sword and can perform the Crystal Strike. To summon their Gem Beasts, the Rangers raise their hands into the sky and shout out "We need Gem Beast power, now!" in unison.
