Named after the Venator-class Star Destroyers of the Galactic Republic/Galactic Empire. The Venator II-class was effectively the same vessel, just over-sized. Their only notable action was at the Battle of Cato Neimoidia during the early stages of the Successors War. The battle, although a victory for Darth Proditor, proved the worthlessness of the Venator II-class.
